A workshop for the tools we wanted, the agents that helped build them, and the businesses that hold them up.
Make the product. Make the maker. Run the shop.
30labs is the address where all three happen at once. We build the product, the agents that help build the product, and the small business that wraps each release. One name on the door, one ledger, one person you call.
The shop sharpens with every shipment. The next thing is always better made than the last.
One human at the bench. A fleet of agents on the floor.
Briefs in, code out. Agents do the volume work under direct supervision; a human reviews everything before it leaves the door. Nothing ships with the mark on it that hasn't earned the mark.
- →Move fast. Decisions in hours, not stand-ups.
- →Ship in weeks. Code reaches users before the brief goes stale.
- →Keep it simple. The smallest version that holds is the one that goes out.
Gui runs the shop.
The hands at the bench belong to Gui. He builds the parts the agents can't and conducts the rest — product, automation, the businesses that wrap each release. One operator, one accountable line, one inbox.
Gui also takes contract engineering work in parallel with the 30labs build. Email is the path for that, too.

The inbox is the front door.
No newsletter, no funnel, no form. Mail lands in the same inbox we work from, and it's the same hand that writes back.
